    I ordered pleated curtains, which is in the description and in the website photos, and what came was a flat panel. The number to call is not working. This is my sixth attempt to reach out to the company. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company. The next step is to file a complaint with the Georgia Better Business Bureau. I have no way of sending these curtains back to Turkey, and I expect a refund. If they want the product back, they can send me a prepaid FedEx package. Don’t order this product if you expect pleats. The product is a blanket with a tape for hanging curtains sewn to the back. Because this company has no customer service, they are sending me these forms so I can warn the public of what to expect. Please return my money and we can go our separate ways.
