    Pleated shiny velvet curtains

    I ordered pleated curtains and received flat panel curtains with no pleat. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company. I have reached out to this company by phone - the phone line is not functional , two replies to the email confirmation of the order, and the online contact form. This will be the fifth attempt to contact the company. The next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau in Georgia to file an official complaint. Why do you bother sending these emails out if you have no customer service and a phone number that is out of service?
