Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at order@lilijanhome.com with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work quickly to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Special-order items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item.
