Product Colors & Samples

We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions.

To ensure complete satisfaction, we recommend requesting color and fabric samples before placing your order whenever available.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are custom-made and crafted specifically according to your selected measurements, fabric, color, and style preferences.

Because each item is produced on demand, custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun and are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
  • Delivery times vary based on destination, shipping carrier, and local customs procedures.
  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs inspections.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customized, made-to-order, personalized, clearance, and sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
